Hassle-Free Return Policy

At FunkyChic.com, we really want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and their shopping experience!  To make sure that a FunkyChic customer can shop with confidence and return without any hassle, we offer to pay for the return freight for ANY reason. 

We make it simple.  If you want to exchange or return, contact us via email at funkychic4u@gmail.com for a return shipping label or for any size exchange request.  A return label will be sent to you within 3 business days.  Just put your item(s) in the same package that they arrived in, include the packaging, print and attach the label we send to you, and send them back!

If you requested an exchange, we will send you the return label for the returned items and then ship out the correct size, if available, as soon as possible.  We will not need to process any changes to your initial  credit card transaction.

If you are requesting a return only,  a return label will be sent via email, and once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund to your credit card.  You will receive an email from Authorize.net, our credit card processing company, when that credit is initiated.  It may take a few additional days for your bank to do its job, but at least we will have done ours for you!

All we ask is that you don't take too long to decide.  If you return items more than 45 days after date of purchase, the amount credited will reflect the current permanent sale price of the item rather than your original purchase price.  Returns requested more than 90 days after the purchase date will receive store credit only.

So, go on!!!  Shop with confidence!  Have some fun!  Try on those clothes without having a nosy sales person checking in on you every two minutes!  Leave the mall parking to those who enjoy trying to find a parking space!
